Nameservers Configuration

To configure the nameservers for your domain, follow these steps:

  1. Determine Your Webnode: Depending on the webnode your account is hosted on, the nameservers will vary. Below are the nameservers for each webnode:

    • For "web-fsn-01":
      • Primary Nameserver: ns1.web-fsn-01.xanros.com
      • Secondary Nameserver: ns2.web-fsn-01.xanros.com
  2. Access Domain Registrar: Log in to your domain registrar's account where your domain is registered.

  3. Update Nameservers: Locate the section for managing nameservers or DNS settings.

  4. Enter Nameserver Information: Enter the primary and secondary nameserver information provided above into the respective fields.

  5. Save Changes: Save the changes to update your domain's nameserver configuration.

When you update the nameservers for a domain, it may take up to 24-48 hours for the changes to propagate across the internet. This period, known as DNS propagation, allows ISP (Internet service provider) nodes worldwide to update their caches with the new DNS information of your domain.
